The aluminum window frames of the apartments in The Modernist emphasize the modern, urban character of the apartments, and the windows are fitted with energy-saving HR+++ glazing. The walls are delivered ready for wallpapering, and the ceilings are finished with spray-plastered finish.
The anhydrite screed, which contributes to the efficient distribution of heat and cooling, is delivered clean and unsanded. Would you like your home finished to a higher standard? Various options are available for an additional fee, in consultation with the real estate team and the contractor.
The bathroom is sleek and functional from floor to ceiling, featuring 20 x 40 cm wall tiles. The toilet is tiled to a height of 150 cm. Both rooms feature 30 x 30 cm tile flooring, available in six colors. Other tile sizes and colors are optional and can be discussed during a showroom visit. All bathroom fixtures, including the toilet, are Geberit. The bathroom also features a glass walk-in shower and an electric towel radiator.
Each apartment is equipped with a premium SieMatic kitchen. The kitchen is installed before delivery and is available in several colors.
